About me

Hello,

I’m deeply passionate about psychology and about understanding how we can connect more deeply with ourselves. I believe we all have the capacity to become mindful caretakers of our inner world — and that self-awareness and emotional education are key steps toward genuine balance and growth.

My work is grounded in scientific principles, yet guided by a human and integrative approach. I don’t rush to label or diagnose - instead, I focus on the whole person: their story, values, and the unique way they make meaning of life.

I advocate for a balanced lifestyle — one that includes good sleep, movement, nourishing food, and authentic relationships — as the foundation for mental health and inner harmony. Still, I know that exploring one’s inner world can be challenging and deeply transformative, which is why I aim to be part of your journey with authenticity, creativity, and warmth.

I hold a degree in Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest and have completed my training in Integrative Psychotherapy with the Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy. I also pursued complementary studies in Psycho-nutrition, Couples and Psychosexual therapy, Grief therapy, and I am currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Forensic Psychology. Continuous learning is a form of care and respect for the people I work with, a way to keep my curiosity alive and to offer a professional, up-to-date presence in the therapeutic space.
